It's Almost Christmas

It's almost Christmas and I'm so excited about the things that are about to unfold. I can't wait for our out of town trip!

Christmas is really giving me that sense of happiness I don't generally feel on any other season even if I receive gifts or not. I love Christmas. I love hearing Christmas songs all over the radio, I love seeing bright lights everywhere, I love packing gifts and above all, I love spending it with the family.

I can't wait to pack my things, we're going home this Christmas. Leaving metro in three weeks (blogging about this now because I don't have time to blog as often as I want to). Can't wait to breathe fresh air.

Exes Baggage

We watched "Exes Baggage" with my friends last week. I had high expectations of the movie since promotions are everywhere! Gandang Gabi Vice, Showtime, Tonight with Boy Abunda, and mostly on social media!

The couple, Carlo Aquino and Angelica Panganiban still gives us the "kilig" like those days in G-mik. They still have chemistry. But I'm quite disappointed with the story. It's too shallow. The plot has been used a lot of times. There's nothing really special in it. In short, it's overrated.

Rainy Days

I'm still fascinated how time flies by really fast. It's already ready July and the weather is pretty harsh. Heavy rain has been pouring everyday and theres already flood almost everywhere. Flood water has reached our home already and it's ankle deep. We have already transferred appliances and important things upstairs in case the water really gets so deep. Rain hasn't stopped falling and water is continuously rising. It's really tiring because we have to carry heavy items and even if the rain will stop pouring, we still have to clean up the mess it made. Muddy water is all over the house!

I still thank God everyone in the family is safe.

Dead Tired

Airports

There’s always something about airports that gives me that eerie feeling every time I step inside. Maybe because you are overwhelmed by the different emotions around. Happiness. Eagerness. Excitement. Then there's also sadness. Loneliness. It's all there.

And so here I am again inside NAIA. But I'm not that excited traveler like the youngsters on backpacks we saw earlier. I'm here waiting for his flight out of this place. The next 6 months is going to be lonely but we will get through this.

Just give me my backpay

The past few weeks were filled with hustles and bustles. I was running around for errands. I was going back and forth the ex-company because I have documents to attend to. I had a graceful exit but I'm still experiencing the hassle of their system's inefficacy. All I want is to get my backpay. They promised I will have it one week after my last day but it is more than a month already and I'm still going back and forth. I have so many unused VL and a tax refund, so I am expecting something a bit big enough to make me start an online business maybe.
